Hello, I come from a 3rd world country (Azerbaijan) and I'm interested if we have to show our savings for the visa . I am not able to afford it since i haven't saved up and pretty much spend all around applications to universities. I also come from low-income family so will merit based scholarship alone be helpful to fund me and show that to my embassy?
