Getting the paper jam error but the paper isn't actually jammed as you would expect. Instead I find the sheet of paper in the tray, with a horizontal line of toner measuring about 1 cm/0.4".

I have tried a hard reset and I can't see any paper or debris that's jammed within the roller; looked on the back panel as well.

Any suggestions? Thought I would ask here before looking at repair. Seems like this should be painfully obvious to solve lol
