My dad and I have been walking through the student loan process and thinking about getting one for grad school. He thinks I should get one to boost my credit for future purchases like a house or car. I have a Discover credit card, but he says its not enough to build good credit.

I have the money to pay for tuition on my own without taking a loan. The loan would making living expenses easier, but is it really worth it when I could pay for school right now and not have a loan hanging over my head for the next 15 years?
