Location: Texas. Another person and I are road raging (yes, I know. Stupid.) We are on a bridge and I'm in front of him stuck in traffic, nothing has happened yet other than hand signals and hard braking. Dude starts getting out of his truck, but traffic starts moving so he jumps back in. I start driving slow to create room. I'm able to create enough room that he can't get out without me taking off AND I am trying to time the red light, so he's going to be stuck at the red light and I can get away (as soon as it is about to turn red i go). I make it about halfway and the light is red, he's still on the bridge not even close to the light. He goes through the intersection, with traffic, to chase me. Then rear ends me on purpose!
Cops are called, insurance exchanged, police report made, but I'm not sure what the officer said in the report. I don't think she ticketed him, though. What is going to be done about any of this?
