I M19 have lead a pretty healthy lifestyle for a majority of my life. However, college and working late at night have taken away my ability to focus on what I’m eating and making sure that my meals are reasonably healthy. For convenience, I’ve been eating out pretty often and I’ve definitely noticed it. My abs are disappearing, my chest feels softer, my belly has a lot more jiggle (which I love the most). I like feeling softer, but I’m not sure if I should dive deeper or hold off. Anyone who has had to deal with this, please lmk :)
