Curious... if a fusion reactor ever becomes operational... could it be possible to stall the reaction during injection of too much deuterium and for it to reignite. Similar in effect to a car car stalling and then lurching when the fuel mix is leaned off.
If this is possible the reaction might.. blow the containment up?
