Requires 14 days notice prior to approving a freeze. Freeze period max is two months and then the membership starts again with NO NOTICE

Requires 30 days notice prior to canceling a membership

Sent me a notice on January 14, over two months before the withdrawal

No courtesy notices closer to the withdrawal dates

Making it as hard as possible for a customer to stop being charged

And no refunds if someone can't follow all this or makes a mistake

Sounds like any other of those old school gym memberships that everyone tries to avoid. Customer beware. Do better.
