So my family has invested in a property and we have built a three story building over it. We’re a joint family and have a family business, this property is named under my dad and uncles name, my uncle has a son and he has two daughters, and i have a sister. So i am doing a job and i don’t stay home. I live somewhere else. My dad and uncle are thinking about selling this property because we are thinking about parting our ways so what are the things i should know about? Also we have a home loan under me, my dad , my uncle and my uncles sons name. Its 40 lakhs and we’re getting short of 15 lakhs. So the contractor has stopped working. What can i do about this? We don’t have any assets to sell and the bank won’t top up our loan because pf the valuation.

So i have been using credit cards and i have taken a loan out from Slice also, i was switching from a job and didn’t had any pay for a month so i got money out of slice, so what has happened is i have a debt of 1.7 lakhs total, including Slice, 2-3 credit cards. I am thinking about getting a loan which is for 24 months which i can clear off today & never use credit cards again! Is this a good decision? My salary is in hand around 55k pm
