Upgrading spoon ring setup
Hallo!!!
I am currently in the midst of enjoying spoon ring making - and want to take it to my art markets with me to do live crafts.
The main issues are that:
A. My handle is relatively short - would you have any recommendations of cheap ways i can replace this to be a larger size to decrease the effort needed while live bending?
B. My table is currently just a plank of wood that ive screwed the bender into. How can i setup a portable table so that when i bend the material, it wont just wobble around a bunch? This seems so simple but i cant think it through.....will proper tables just be heavy enough that this wont be a problem? If so, is there one thats small enough to reasonable transport around while achieving the same result?
C. The plastic parts that push into the metal to bend into shape (there are the steel versions - i just find they are too harsh on the material and leave damage) have started to get chipped and filed down. What are the names of them and how can i replace them?
Any help is *so* very appreciated.
