I understand that management is required to notify a carrier in advance if they are being forced in on their NS day. In my office this has been done by a letter left at the carriers case or handed to the carrier stating it. Recently, within the last few weeks, management has simply been putting the forced Regular carriers and T6 on the posted schedule. Does that count as sufficient notice? Regular carriers don't really seem to check the posted schedule.

Just joined my first Hero system group and it's loosely based of DND and is a sword and sorcery setting. Before sitting at the table I had learned a bit of the hero system and it's flexibility and then was handed what appeared to be a very basic Archer. Others were entering parallel realms, shooting energy from their axes, and polymorphing. All of that made sense based on what I know of the system. I've only just begun looking at the PDF for the system, but my bigger issue is all heroic archer types generally fall under the basic trick-shot and different arrows, which seems kind of boring with this system. So, I'm looking for ideas to build something more unique as I progress. Any suggestions besides medieval Hawkeye?
