As some of you may know, there was a massive Cpanel attack. My host company Hostgator who I had a 3 year contract ($1511) with.. Has locked my account and is telling me I need to buy a new sever with no security issues for another $877. They will then prorate my first payment, that is 2 years old.

Is there anything I can do? They also have all of my files locked and I can not access them.
