Hey everyone im new to the state and have a question about DD. It appears that I can’t enroll in DD until I receive my first paycheck correct? On the CalConnect website, I cant register my account unless I have the DD number and deductions which would only be available on my pay check right?

This may be an obvious question but I’m kindve confused about something. In my FJO my monthly pay rate shows 6,031, however in the NOPA form I was just asked to sign, the monthly pay rate is 5,850.07. What happened and why would my FJO show a different pay rate than the NOPA form?
