Would you please consider becoming a community sponsor of BHSN Bands?

The BHSN band program has long been a leader in the state, with its jazz, concert, and marching bands regularly receiving state honors (including 6th place in the state for this year’s marching band!). But band is about more than music--research shows that students involved with music programming experience increased academic, social, and personal success. Participating in bands and ensembles gives our students self-confidence and an invaluable work ethic.

Maintaining this valuable programming depends upon the support of those who understand and value these benefits. While the Bloomington High School North (BHSN) Bands program receives some funding from MCCSC, we continue to rely on the Bloomington community's financial support to keep North’s band program thriving.

Your donation will support the members of BHSN’s three concert bands, four jazz ensembles, and our marching band. Funds raised help us:

Purchase music and musical instruments

Pay for guest conductors,

Cover competition entry fees, sectional coaches, jazz combo specialists,

Fund other needs of the program

To acknowledge your tax-deductible donation, we will include your business in our concert programs over the next year (see below), unless you prefer to remain anonymous.
