I work for a business operating out of Zambia - very small online order quantities. Maybe 50 a year - it’s all home decor soft furnishings.

We moved our stock to the US as soon as tariffs hit as customers stopped buying. However, we are finding our current 3PL service is quite expensive at about 400usd a month.

Does such service exist where there is small order pick and pack + storage ??

Would really appreciate any help as we’re struggling
