Pop!_OS Now Enables NTSYNC by Default

Although some of you might have enabled this module already (it has been available since kernel 6.14), it looks like Pop!_OS now enables ntsync by default.

As noted in the pull request:

>Significantly improves framerates in games running through ProtonGE.

Improvements will vary by application, but having this setup out of the box is a welcome improvement. Notably, Valve enabled this in SteamOS 3.7.20 in March, and Fedora in version 44 in April.
