Recently liked a property in GM global techies town, but looked risky and decided not to go ahead with it.

How much is a good budget for a 3 BHK in electronic city? Preferably in phase 1, last time I went to phase 2, I didn't like it much. Would like to know if has gotten better since then.

Open to any recommendations/leads.

Looking to buy a flat in GM infinite techies town in Electronic city phase 1. Would love to get any input on the project. Read a few google reviews talking about hard water, electricity issues, etc. But many were a bit old. Are these issues still there?
