Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a new VPS, but some former client of my hosting provider are still pointing their Cloudflare DNS records to my new IP address. I cannot find any public contact information for these domain owners to ask them to update their records. Since their DNS registrar/provider is Cloudflare, I tried contacting Cloudflare by emailing abuse@cloudflare.com to see if they could remove the stale records or notify their client. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply.
Does anyone know the best way to get in touch with Cloudflare support for this kind of issue or is there any other workaround you would recommend?
