New sound and print issue

Not a newbie but not an expert. Been printing for a couple years now and has my A1 since last August with almost 2000 print hours. But this started happening today about 3/4 way through a 24 hr print. Anyone dealt with this sound before?
Yes I do the maintenance and lubricate everything when I get the notification. I thought maybe it was hitting the base of my top mounted spool, but I took that off and it’s still happening. Also getting print issues which I hope I can sand out b/c I don’t want to scrap it now… 1095 g of filament!!

I think these new printers are too easy!

I still consider myself a novice (maybe advanced to initiate) but I paid my dues - not a beginner. 1st printer was an Anycubic I3 Mega I inherited from my dad and cut my teeth on. I upgraded to an A1 last year. It was so easy! After hours of learning how to clean and install nozzles, manually level my bed, control extrusion flow, etc, the A1 was plug n play! However if the A1 is someone’s first printer, they don’t appreciate the mechanics involved that have been simplified and automated. I scroll through these feeds and just LOL - nozzle clogs, adhesion, extruder issues, etc. (admittedly I had a new experience with a nozzle clog b/c this is the first time I could print and walk away LOL - preciously my clogs were always inside the nozzle!) It’s like buying a self driving car without knowing how to drive. People! Read the tutorials! Learn the hardware and software! These aren’t inkjet printers (yet). It’s more like a sewing machine; you still have to understand how a needle and thread works, stitches, settings, etc. Bambu and Bambu Handy have really dumbed things down but you still have to work it like a machine. I’m sure things will only get easier from here but the idea of purchasing a 3D printer today and expecting it to work like an HP or Canon is just silly.
Maybe I’m getting old. I mean we don’t expect people to understand dial-up to use WiFi or how to operate a rotary phone to make a call today.
But we aren’t at plug n play yet. If you buy an A1, be prepared for a learning curve. Lots of tools out there Handy app, Google, chatGPT… don’t go running to Reddit when you get an error message. Sheesh
Or maybe we need threads dedicated levels of experience…? I think I’m ready to level up. Any recommended threads I can follow?

I have washed this thing 3 times. Scrubbed. With Dawn. But these spots are still there. I always thought they were oil spots from touching it but now I’m thinking maybe wear? Should I try alcohol? Acetone? Or is it supposed to look like this?
