I just wanted to know if anyone gets massages done. I’ve been looking into them. I don’t wanna get injured so I wanna do everything I can to prevent it. I wanna know if they have helped you. What type of massage do you get? Do you think it helps reduce injury?

I was wondering if anyone has bought the 55 dollar self assessment test off CCI for RCS. If so, did it help? I’m contemplating buying it. I don’t feel confident. My test is in 2 days.

Also for anyone that has recently taken the exam was there any Diastolic dysfunction questions. Specifically referring to the new standards.
