Hi. Need your suggestions:

I changed my employer in April 2026. Filed for H1 transfer and awaiting since then. (182 days as of today)

With my Previous employer - I had my H1 approved between March 2025 to March 2028.

My last entry into US was 26 Dec 2024.
No plans to travel unless this petition gets a verdict.

Now, I upgraded my application to Premium and we all know the timelines are not followed as previously. What if my application remains in pending status even after 240 days? Has anyone been there? Or have any advice in such cases?
