I took this ceiling fan down years ago and am putting it back up. There are 2 switches, 1 for the light and 1 for the fan. When I connect the wires I can get the fan to work but the light bulbs have a dim pulse rather than turning on brightly. There is not a dimming switch on the wall, either. I have used LED and incandescent light bulbs, both brand new out of the box and produce the same results.

Im connecting the green wires together with the bare copper wire, white to white, black to black, and black/white to red. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong or how i can fix this light?
