Hellooo! I'm looking for 1-2 people (F) to sublease my spot over summer from July-August/September (depending on how long it's needed). It's a 2B/1B apartment and about a 5 minute walk to campus. Rent is 1050/person for a double (or 2100 for a single room) but rent can be negotiated with other subleasers based on room size. Utilities (water, wifi, living room/bedroom furniture, kitchen appliances, TV) included!! It has a huge front window with curtains for natural lighting, pink tiles in the bathroom, and a really nice spot outdoors-wise! Please reach out if interested or for more info!!
