Favorite unit studies

Looking for favorite unit study recommendations for elementary ages! Kids are K and 2nd now. We already have math and LA covered, but looking for unit studies for science, social studies, etc. that can be adapted to both ages! Secular or Christian are both fine.

Does anyone NOT do math every day?

My oldest (7) has been in a hybrid homeschool program since preK but this year we’re switching away from that to fully homeschooling him and my younger son (5 in September but begs to do school with brother). Our plan is to do year round school because we travel frequently throughout the year so we’d like to take a week off every couple months. This is week 1 and my kids are FLYING through their math curricula. My youngest has done over 100 pages of his ~240 page math book (Mathematical Reasoning Beginning 2) in 4 days with 20 minutes a day. My oldest is doing Beast Academy Level 2 books and he finished chapter 1 (12 chapters for the whole year) in 4 days with the same 20 minute time frame. If they continue at this rate we’re going to be FLYING through curriculum levels. I don’t want to rush them through if it’s not the best thing for them. Should we decrease the days of the week spent doing math? Or do even less time per day? My current plan is 4 days of Math/LA/electives and Fridays being for fun and review (online Beast Academy, art, science experiments, etc.) But now I’m wondering if I should drop down to 2-3 days a week for math. Would love any advice!
