I had a third and final round interview with a company, and I was given great feedback and a timeline for a decision.

I was flown out by the company and provided a hotel to accommodate the interview. The third round was just over four hours long and included meetings with C-Suite, managers, and department heads.

After the interview, I sent a thank you follow up. Now, the company is ghosting me. I sent one email (separate from the thank you), a few days after their given timeline, and the hiring manager hasn't provided any update or feedback.

In total, I spent about 7 hours in interviews for this company, and took two days off from my current job for travel.

It's crazy to me that a company will ghost you after all of the time I've given them. Hell, at this point a succinct rejection would be fine with me--the lack of communication and respect is infuriating.

What sort of follow up, at this stage, is appropriate? I really wanted this job--should I just move on, or is another follow up appropriate?
