So I am applying for toc in two subjects in nios ode exam since I got RT in two subjects in cbse. Do I have to wait for my marksheet before admission? Can I give my digilocker marksheet because it will take time to get a physical marksheet.

I am applying in July for exams and how is the whole process of toc done?
