I’m moving to Seoul in July for work and I’m looking for recommendations for an English-speaking / foreigner-friendly realtor.

I’ll be working in Gangnam, but I’m not planning to live there because of price. I’m open to commuting up to about 1 hour I am not too picking about the area.

What I’m looking for:

• Budget: ideally low deposit if I can do less than 10 million KRW, great!
• Monthly rent: up to 1 million KRW
• Housing type: loft / officetel preferred
• Must be pet-friendly
• Areas: open to anything with a manageable commute to Gangnam

I’ve been searching on Naver/Zigbang but it’s a bit overwhelming and I’d really appreciate any realtor recommendations who can communicate in English or have experience helping foreigners.

If anyone has specific agents, agencies, Kakao contacts, or even Facebook groups that helped them find housing in Seoul, I’d really appreciate it.
