District finals tomorrow
Running 4x2 lane 1 400 lane 7 and 4x400 anchor
Any tips to calm the nerves I trust my training and everything but still just nervous feeling.

Any tips to calm the nerves I trust my training and everything but still just nervous feeling.
I’m aware I probably went out a little too fast and maybe could have “floated”better
My goal was to get out harder but ended up going a tad too much. Goal was trying to go 51.9 I knew I needed to be at the 200m at around 24.8.
Came through about 24.3ish
Any feedback going into districts trying to break 52 barrier is appreciated.

Have my league finals tomorrow.
I’m running the 4x200m then my 400m then after 4x400m
Prelim time was a PB of 52.43
Is dropping to a 51.9/52flat realistic and if so is the goal or strategy to come in the 200m around 24.8/25flat?
Also I have bicarb but I never use it what is everyone’s thoughts on that.
