Realistic stocking options for a Fluval Flex 2.0 15gal
Hello guys and gals!
I recently got a bit overzealous on a betta 6 build and put an uncomfortable amount of plants in with my betta and 5 neocaridina. I realized for my vision i needed more room so i picked up the Flex 15. I am planning on setting this one very different (aquasoil in bags, capped with sand, mosses that i stupidly didn’t add before the other plants, cholla hide for the shrimp that covers their feeding area to keep piggy betta out, etc)
My real question is when the 15 is cycled and ready to go and i put betta and shrimps in I want to add pygmy corys. I know they want groups over 6, im just trying to get a realistic idea of how many i can put in here. I have 3 red racer snails coming, i know i should only put one in, i plan on giving a friend the other 2 for her 40 gallon.
So TL;DR nonramble. In an established 15 gallon with 1 betta, one nerite, 5+shrimp ( i know one was berried, but they hide amongst my plants mostly right now) How many pygmy corys should I be able to get away with adding? Thank you in advance!
