Post Surgery

Finally had excision on Wednesday. It was a long road to finally get the surgery, but I immediately feel relief especially in my lower back. I know this isn’t the case for everyone but I wish I had the surgery years ago and I wanted to share my positive experience.

The biopsy results ALL came back positive for endometriosis today.

My MRI was largely inconclusive only fluid, ligament thickening, and retroverted uterus were found.

I am not saying surgery is the answer always but if you think you need it don’t let the doctors talk you out of it just because of uncertainty.

I also found that dead hangs help the bloating after surgery.

Good luck!

post surgery

i wish i demanded surgery 10 yrs ago i havent been able to tilt my pelvis properly because of endo tissue causing pressure on my sciatic nerve, i had surgery three days ago and i have immediate relief. all biopsy came positive for endo after years of gaslighting

if you’re in pain and the hormones don’t help just get the surgery you’re almost definitely not crazy or imagining it.

feel free to ask me any questions i literally came back to provide a positive take since the bulk of surgical reviews are negative i was almost scared away im so glad I pushed through and did it.

goodluck everyone
