RAISE YOUR VOICE

I think by now we all know about the detrimental 9 gigawatt data center that got approved in Box Elder. At the data center forum held by Grow The Flow, they mentioned how powerful pressure is. We HAVE to make it known that we will speak out against greedy cash grabs that will further erode our collapsing environment. Corruption has got to be stopped, let them know we’re sick of it!
Here are the 2 senators on the MIDA board that voted yes against our health and futures:

STUART ADAMS
JERRY STEVENSON - owns J & J nursery in Layton, go leave a review on his business pages on Facebook and Google ;)

Let SPENCER COX know how disappointed we are in his response to this enormous issue. He is supposed to represent US!

Show up! Protest! Join Grow The Flow (growtheflowutah.org) and get involved. There is power in numbers. I love this beautiful state and I know you all do as well! 🩷

I am 12 days entirely caffeine free. The physical withdrawal symptoms have been nothing short of brutal.

I quit for many reasons, but the main one was my hair shedding. I began losing hair in 2019, when my coffee consumption really started to become a daily occurrence. I’m assuming this is because coffee increases cortisol and constricts blood flow.

Has anyone noticed any positive hair improvements since quitting?

Im currently on day 12 of no caffeine! (I quit cold turkey, I am an all or nothing kind of person and tapering doesn’t work with my addictive tendencies. Probably not the best way to mitigate side effects, I know.)
I have had a migraine headache every day since quitting, accompanied by intense fatigue, particularly in the morning and late afternoon.

I am baffled that a daily caffeine habit could cause such severe withdrawal symptoms. Doesn’t seem healthy or beneficial, like every article on the internet claims. It feels like a drug problem. On a positive note, I already feel better mentally and my stress levels are way down. Never going back!

When did the fatigue improve for you? I understand that everyone’s withdrawal timeline is different, but I’m curious to know everyone else’s experience and when it starts getting better. ❤️‍🩹
