I’m currently a third year BS Accountancy student and looking to upskill during my vacant time. I’m particularly interested in taking courses on Quickbooks, Xero, and on IT Auditing. What certifications are good to get and how? Are there any official online certifications on Udemy, Coursera, etc. that would be good for my resume?

I’m an incoming 3rd year Accountancy student and we’ll be having our internship next year around late May until July. I’m planning on applying to EY and Deloitte and would like to get some advice. How early should I start to contact them and how? Also, EY isn’t a usual firm that our school interns at so I haven’t heard any testimonies but I really want to try there so I was wondering if anyone here knows about their internship schedule, if they accept internships around that time.
