The past three times my boyfriend and I have been together (we usually can get kind of vigorous) I’ve had some degree of bleeding. The first time it was just some darker blood that I wiped away in the morning. I didn’t think anything crazy about that. The second time I didn’t see anything until I got back in bed and saw a few spots on his sheets. This time when I went to the bathroom afterwards there was more spotting/light bleeding and spots on his sheets. The light bleeding/spotting has continued into the morning.
I have an IUD so I wasn’t as worried about pregnancy but I took a test just in case and it was negative. I haven’t been tested in a while, but before we got together a few years ago and several months after being with a previous partner I got tested and everything was negative. With the previous partner there was also one or two instances of spotting after rough sex, but I guess I didn’t think much of it then.
I’ve had a pap-smear before and that was fine, but of course that was a few years ago and I may be due for another one. I have my yearly gyno appointment in May anyways, but of course my mind jumps to the worst case scenarios. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences?
