Talk about a scam. Like others, order placed on 4/20 payment on 4/20. Received an email on 4/23 that the order shipped. Tracking shows the order did not ship. Reached out, was told by Jordan the order will be shipping yesterday (4/28). NOPE..... Reached out again asking for a refund as this is BS. 2 emails sent.......How in the heck can you not expect to have a decent amount of orders. Not like it was 4/20 or anything. All you had was a buy one get one deal. No socks, no shirts no swag offered..... Your team gave socks away last year.... No swag or anything this year except a random mystery box.... Come on. You are basically blaming the comunity for placing orders... "we had a huge demand during last week, much more than we expected." Um.... Not only was it 4/20 but the great USA government has a plan to stop seed sales in November.... What did you honestly think was going to happen... I've emial 2 times, once last night and once again today stating I want a refund as this is BS.... Still nothing. At this point FastBuds is clearly scaming all of us...
So convince us that this is not our fault, I'm not seeing any post like "hay guys, our messup for any orders place on 4/20 we are going include something extra. A gift for the wait..."
NOPE.... I guess this is what we get when Sebastian 420 left. Should have known..... I'm done with Fastbuds. Never again. Placed several orders on 4/20, no problems with any other orders except Fastbuds.....
