Am I crazy for running a marathon?

Hi guys, I'm 3 weeks out from my marathon and training it's not going well. I am following a Runna plan and last week my long run was 25km. The week before I ran a 21km long run and it went well but my knees felt so bad after 10km. The pain was worse and started earlier on the 25km. I had to pull the plug at 19km and hobble home. I was feeling a little sick before going and the last few days I've had a sore tummy which seems to be a monthly occurrence (not sure if it's running related I also have a lot on my plate with part time work and uni, could be run down?). I'm just wondering if there is any possibility of my actually getting through the marathon if my knee pain is this bad? Plus acid reflux has been so bad every time I go on a long run. Any tips for fuelling before a run? Could I try to do some knee strengthening exercises and just pray for a miracle? My mara is June 14th and it's pretty flat the whole way.
