Best way to gain traction to sponsor riders?

Not for me, but I want to help out someone who has started a brand, she has her website up to buy merch.

I want to help get her some traction on her accounts so far, but not sure the best way to promote that on social media, since I’m new to motorsports! Thank you in advance! She’s very motivated and such a hard worker and has helped me in many ways! I want to help her brand get out there!

New CNA (first day on floor solo)

Edit: I am more worried about the resident I followed the correct fall procedure and stayed with them the whole time. I made sure to document everything in my mind. I’m genuinely so upset. I had cried walking out the door. She got injured pretty badly.

I’m a newer CNA (about a two weeks in, just off orientation) and had something happen on my shift that I can’t stop thinking about.

I was on a unit I’m still getting used to, and I didn’t realize one of the residents was a one-assist. I saw her up briefly while I was talking to another resident and didn’t step in right away. Shortly after, she fell and ended up needing to go to the hospital.

I feel awful and honestly really guilty. I should have double-checked or just assumed she needed help, especially since I’m still learning everyone’s care levels.

This is my first incident like this, and now I’m really worried about what’s going to happen and if I could lose my job.

Has anyone been in a similar situation as a new CNA? What happened for you?
