Clefairy illustration secret rare #94

Was at Walmart and they had a perfect order etb and two Pokemon day 2026. My little sisters love the cards(they have little binders of my old cards) so I bought it as I never have seen them in a store and pulled a rotom ex illustration rare and then this in the last pack! What grade are we thinking/ is this worth submitting? Giving all of the cards to my sisters besides any that may be worth grading to hold as investments!!
