A little trail work
The 25 foot down/up, "Slamo Jammo" ravine crossing was the safety job for the day for one member of the all volunteer Mammoth Mountain Bike Trails in Chaska, Mn. This previously sketchy fork and shock crunching drop was makin' me nervous and needed some work. Cool , mid 60's , sunny /windy day with lot's of tunes crankin' out da head phones, and lots of 'tune up' breaks to plan the next move 😉. One of my single track buddies has already ridden it , and pronouced it ..... 'Bitchin' . I always love hangin' out on the local single track trail system and making improvements , doing maintenance , weed whipping, cutting downed trees , and all with EGO power tools so no noise .....or gas, and the exercise actually helps my mountain biking, and as always ....... Those efforts no doubt paying off on the next ride. .................................Ride On
