615 Middle Score. Closing this Friday
Guys, I want to get yours insights on how well I did and what you guys think taking my low credit score. I was offered three rates:
5.99% with $1k points purchase
6 125% with $40 points purchase
6.25% with $1089 lender credit plus 500 extra bonus upon opening US Bank account
I locked 6.25% because I will not be holding this property more than 3 years.
Closing this Friday!
