Gums receding at 22
How bad is the gum recession on my teeth. I first noticed that my gums have receded back in 2021 (first picture) from aggressive brushing. Since then I have switched to a Oral B iO with a soft brush and I flossed occasionally for a couple of years but now Im afraid that they have receded much more. Now I brush twice in a day and floss every night. Also like 4 teeth have started to be sensitive to hot/cold. Should I consider getting grafts?
