I work in US on a TN visa. I am married and live here with my husband. My parents and brother had an interview at Delhi consulate for B1/B2 yesterday. My parents got the visa but my brother was refused under 214 (b). Context on his profile - 34 years old, single, family construction business.
They asked him about who you will be visiting (he mentioned me)
What he does? He has a family business of construction and real estate
Will he return? yes, he has work and business to take care of.
Within a minute, refused.
Need help to understand what went wrong. They have good funds and have traveled to Canada before.
