Paypal say they don't have my refund and that they processed it (says processed on Paypal). Said pending in my santander for 2 weeks then it disappeared. Santander say that paypal never put the money back in. Paypal say they did. Santander asking for an ARN, Paypal can't give me an ARN. I've just contacted ticketmaster and wireless chasing an ARN. Paypal said to speak to them again after it's been 30 days. Anyone else been royally screwed like this
