So I’ve been on BC pills for almost 7 years and right after finishing my period I didn’t start a new package (Friday) and went to get my copper IUD (Saturday).

That Saturday night I started bleeding again but not spotting, it’s like as if I had started my period again. It’s Tuesday and I’m still bleeding with a period-like amount of blood and I still feel bloated and I have the feeling of the IUD.

Will this bleeding and weird feeling stop soon? My doctor didn’t mention any of these. I have my next Gynecologist appointment this Saturday, but I want to know if any of you had the same experience 🥺
