I stopped watching TV news even before the COVID period because it no longer felt like it was addressing real issues. Instead, I found that independent content creators on platforms like YouTube were raising more meaningful and relevant topics.

Now, with new laws and regulations coming into play, it feels like these creators are being increasingly restricted or suppressed. This raises an important concern: what happens to freedom of speech in such an environment? And more importantly, what about the public’s right to access diverse and independent sources of information?
