I (25M) am thinking of doing CIMA. I have a Bcom Economics Degree and will be starting on the Operational Level. I currently work as an insurance broker. My question is how difficult is it to get a job with only finishing the Operational level for now. Do companies even hire people with only finished the Operational level. I love accounting and really enjoyed it at school and uni. I want to transition to finance/accounting but don’t know if this is the right way.
