ego lifting. Give advice?
I have never said anything but the older I get the more I want to tell the young person doing more weight but doing quarter reps isn’t really going to help you achieve your goals due to uttter lack of range of motion and also potentially exposes you to injury
Anyone ever say anything or is it best to just keep it to yourself?
Probably more venting than anything
