Dr refuses to tell me if its Jone's fracture or an avulsion

I broke my 5th metatarsal bone. I kept asking the Dr and the radiologist if this is a Jones' fracture or an avulsion. They have completely avoided to answer this question. I am in a cast for at least 4 weeks.
