Is there anyone able to make custom sized dial using stone dial

I have been searching on ALIX for a plain enamel dial 30.5mm for NH36 with day and date window but I can't find any of it .

Question is can a 28.5mm fit a nautilus case ? What issue will it face if I fit a 28.5mm dial into the nautilus case ?
