How does one set up a persistent enrichment system for their entire database? To notify when a property gets listed, sold, goes into pre-foreclosure, has probate filed, any type of lien filed, etc.
I asked a developer about this and he suggested just downloading the database periodically and running it through a data enrichment tool.
But I’ve heard of people doing this in real time (their system persistently enriches, provides notifications the minute a change happens).
Does anyone know how to do this?
