Hi,

I just wanted to know if anyone here has let to a housing association as a private landlord and, if so, what sort of specialist insurance is required?

Also, does the type of resident housed have an effect? i.e. ex convicts or someone with mental health issues?

Finally, any recommendations for specialist insurance providers would be great.
