Subnautica 2 - Interactive Map
Hey everyone! I've been quietly building an interactive map for Subnautica 2 over the past few weeks and figured it's polished enough to share with the community. Posting here in case anyone finds it useful for the Early Access.

What's on the map
18,020 markers across 90 categories in 4 color-coded groups:

Every single marker shows compass bearing + distance + depth measured from your starting Lifepod. Click any marker for a full popup with all that data.
The bit I'm most excited about: Position system
You can set your in-game position on the map and every popup gains a second "from your position" line — bearing and distance to that wreck/creature relative to where you are right now.
Three ways to set it:
- Press ESC in-game → copy your X/Y coords → paste them in the floating panel
- "Pick on map" → click any spot on the map to mark where you are
- Open any marker popup → click "Set as my position"
Your spot stays highlighted in yellow and persists across page reloads. So you can plan a dive route, see exactly which direction & how far each waypoint is, and check off things as you find them.
Other features

- 🛣️ Community routes — create & share farming paths, scan loops, base-tour itineraries

- 📱 Mobile-friendly — use it on your phone next to your PC while you dive
- 🆓 100% free, no paywall, no ads in the way. Optional Google login if you want progress synced across devices.
